“Bagnolet” was the Parisian refuge for more than 17 years of professional and personal life.
Ancient Italian manufacture of metals, one year of restructuring works in technical collaboration with architect Isabelle Stanislas while maintaining the industrial character of the building, 40 tons of rubble were created in 1999 to become a contemporary and versatile urban space.
The architectural sobriety, the great volumes, the solar orientation, the garden and the calm of the district contributed to optimize many adventures.
